Visit by Canon Law Students from St Paul University, Canada

On Wednesday 8 July, participants in the biennial Study Visit to the Roman Curia from the Faculty of Canon Law of St Paul University, Ottawa (Canada), visited the Dicastery for Promoting Christian Unity. Thirty-six participants, comprising professors and students from the faculty’s Licentiate in Canon Law programme, have been visiting many Dicasteries and Tribunals of the Holy See during their visit to Rome. The group was received by Revd Fr Martin Browne OSB, Official of the Western Section. After an introduction to the work of the Dicastery and the international bilateral dialogues it sponsors, a general discussion took place, which included particular reflection on the ecumenical dimensions of the Synod ‘For a Synodal Church’ (2021-2024).
