Continuation of dialogue between Catholic Church and Communion of Protestant Churches in Europe

On 14 November 2022, the Dicastery for Promoting Christian Unity and the Communion of Protestant Churches in Europe published a joint press release on their second dialogue meeting which took place in Augsburg (Germany) on 3 and 4 November 2022.

The dialogue, which started in April 2022, aims to draw up a common word on the unity, holiness, catholicity and apostolicity of the church. The first meeting took place in Basel, Switzerland, on 19‒21 April 2022. The next meeting will take in Paris in April 2023.
