Continuation of the dialogue between the Catholic Church and the Communion of Protestant Churches in Europe

On 7 November 2023, the Dicastery for Promoting Christian Unity and the Communion of Protestant Churches in Europe published a joint press release on their fourth dialogue meeting which took place in Augsburg (Germany) from 2‒4 November 2023.

The dialogue, which started in April 2022, aims to draw up a common word on the unity, holiness, catholicity and apostolicity of the church. The first meeting took place in Basel, Switzerland, on 19‒21 April 2022.

The next meeting will take place in Tallinn in April 2024.
