Theology students from Sant' Anselmo visit DPCU

On 5 December, students from the Pontifical Athenaeum of Sant' Anselmo, led by Prof Dr Stefan Geiger, OSB, visited the Dicastery for Promoting Christian Unity (DPCU).

As part of their course on "Themes of Theology in the 20th Century", Father Dr Augustinus Sander, OSB, official of the DPCU, gave an insight into the origins of the DPCU in the context of the Second Vatican Council and the current focal points of ecumenical dialogue.

This was followed by a lively discussion among the participants, who each shared their ecumenical experiences in Italy, Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and India.
