Regional Ecumenical Formation Course of the Tuscan Bishops' Conference

The "Regional Ecumenical Training Course" organised by the Tuscan Bishops' Conference was held in Massa Marittima from 7- 9 July. The meeting, dedicated to the Protestant world, with particular attention to Pentecostals, was attended by diocesan delegates for ecumenism, religion teachers and catechists. The meeting was chaired by H.E. Msgr. Roberto Filippini and organised by Dr Luisa Locorotondo, regional director for Tuscany, and included among its speakers Prof. Elvis Ragusa, Catholic, Pastor Lidia Maggi, Baptist, and Pastor Prof. Carmine Napoletano, Pentecostal. Msgr. Juan Usma, DPUC Head of the Western Section, gave a conference on 8 July on 'Dialogue with Pentecostals: importance, potential and limits'.
