Meeting between the Chief Rabbinate of Israel and the Catholic Commission for Religious Relations with Judaism

On May 2-4, delegations from the Chief Rabbinate of Israel and the Catholic Commission for Religious Relations with Judaism met in Jerusalem to discuss "Jewish and Catholic Considerations on Care of the Terminally Ill: What is Prohibited, Permitted, Mandatory." At the end of this meeting, a joint statement was issued highlighting the common positions.

The Catholic delegation was led by Cardinal Kurt Koch, President of the Commission for Religious Relations with Judaism.
