Cardinal Kurt Koch receives Metropolitan of Plovdiv Nikolay

On Tuesday, April 25, Cardinal Kurt Koch, Prefect of the Dicastery for Promoting Christian Unity, received His Eminence Nikolay, Metropolitan of Plovdiv of the Bulgarian Orthodox Church, accompanied by His Grace Bishop Sioni, Igumen of Bachkovo Monastery. The meeting was also attended by various guests, including H.E. Mr. Bogdan Patashev, Ambassador of Bulgaria to the Holy See.

Rev. Jaromír Zádrapa, Official of the Eastern Section of the DPUC, who is responsible for relations with the Slavic Orthodox Churches, also participated in the meeting.
