“Re-thinking the Relationship between Primacy and Synodality”. Ecumenical Conference on the document of the St Ireneus Group

On the occasion of the meeting in Rome of the Saint Irenaeus Joint Orthodox-Catholic Working Group, the Institute for Ecumenical Studies of the Angelicum is holding an ecumenical conference on the document “Serving Communion. Re-thinking the Relationship between Primacy and Synodality”.

The conference will be held in English on Wednesday 6 October 2021 from 3.30 pm to 6.30 pm in the Aula Minor of the Angelicum, with the participation of the members of the group.

The speakers will be Prof. William Henn (Pontifical Gregorian University), Prof. Dimitrios Keramidas (Pontifical Angelicum University) and Prof. James Puglisi (Centro Pro Unione).

Three young researchers will respond to the papers: Stevan Minić, Alex Talarico and Leonidas Ebralidze.

Moderators: Dr Johannes Oeldemann (Paderborn), Prof. Assaad Kattan (Munster), Prof. Juan Usma Gómez (Angelicum).
